• Shipping method:
  All orders are shipped via UPS Ground by default.
  Faster shipping options (such as UPS 2-Day or Next Day Air) are available at checkout for an additional cost.

• Free shipping:
  Orders over $129 ship free within the continental U.S.
  For orders under $129, a $12 flat-rate shipping fee will apply.

• Processing time:
  Our current processing time is always updated on our homepage.
  Please check the homepage banner for the most accurate estimate before placing your order.

• Shipping location:
  All orders are shipped directly from our store in Coraopolis, PA 15108.

• Tracking:
  Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

• Delivery issues:
  If your order is marked as delivered but not received, or if a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us.
  We’ll work directly with UPS to open an investigation and assist throughout the process.
  Please note that any compensation amount will ultimately be determined by UPS’s claim resolution.
