Return eligibility:
Returns are accepted for new, unused, and unopened items in their original packaging.
For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used treats, food, or chews. -
Quality issues:
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or expired, please contact us — we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
In these cases, we’ll cover the return shipping cost. -
Return shipping cost:
For returns due to other reasons (e.g. change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or simply do not like it), the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility. -
Lost or missing packages:
If your order is marked as delivered but not received, or if a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will work directly with UPS to open an investigation and assist throughout the process.
However, any compensation amount will ultimately be determined by UPS’s claim resolution. -
Return window:
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. -
Refunds:
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method once the items are inspected.
Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable. -
How to start a return:
Email us at hello@lexandleviepetsupplies.com with your order number and a brief note, and we’ll get back to you within 2–3 business days.
